Acacia pickardii Tindale
Mt Gason Wattle
This
species grows in only 2 areas adjacent to the Simpson Desert, similar to Acacia peuce.  These plants are from the Birdsville Track.There is another population at Mount Gason.The species is listed as vulnerable.
